SUPRAYAS FOUNDATION- AN INTRODUCTION.

Suprayas Foundation is a non profit making organisation established with the aim to serve the underprivileged and needy. The person behind this noble thought is Mrs. Summan R Agrawal.

Right since its inception this organisation has served a variety of cause in various fields, it has also brightened up the future of young children by donating study material like books to schools meant to provide righteous education to children dwelling in the slums. It has also made prominent contributions to such schools and opened up to them a new dimension in learning by donation two fully operational computers in a short span of time.

Along with making useful contributions, people at  the Suprayas Foundation also believe in encouraging and motivating individuals to perform better, by felicitating them and making them feel recognised for their achievements. Likewise recently there was a felicitation program organised, to congratulate the winners of the Common Wealth Games 2010 at Delhi, who belong to Thane and were silver medalists in their respective sports events.

There have also been various health camps organised in underdeveloped areas through Suprayas Foundation. This includes:-
1. Free eye cataract detection and surgery
2. Free cancer detection
3. Free consultation and awareness sessions by gynecologists etc.

As health also plays a vital role in a person's well being, people at Suprayas, keeping this in mind, periodically denote food grains and eatables to schools, so as to ensure that along with the educational development also the growth of the children is taken care of.

Suprayas Foundation, besides catering to the health and educational needs also intervenes into the environmental conditions, this can be justified through a project undertaken, wherein a complaint was filed with the TMC against the exposed electrical cables in the rainy season.

Similarly, Suprayas Foundation looks forward to serve the community better consistently, and any kind of help from your side would be appreciated.

Warm regards
